Delivery Policy

• All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping by Canada Post, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.
• Free shipping is available on any order over $100.00CAD (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations.
• For orders under $100.00CAD the estimated shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
• At this time we are only able to ship within Canada.

returns and refunds

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• Please fill out the Return Form below and we will get in touch with you about the next steps.
• If unused and un-tampered, we will refund you the price paid minus the cost of return shipping.
• If the product is opened or used, and you are not satisfied with the purchase for a reason that we deem legitimate, we will refund you the price you paid minus the cost of return shipping.
• If your return is approved, we will send you a return label via email. The returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt.
• If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. When you receive the credit is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
